Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert sent Florida-bred Nooni to the track Thursday morning in preparation for her next start in the $2 million NetJets Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (Grade 1) to be run at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club on Nov. 1.

The bay daughter of Ocala Stud’s leading Florida freshman sire Win Win Win drilled a bullet five furlongs in :59.20, the fastest of seven works at the distance at Santa Anita Thursday morning.

Nooni has won half of her four starts with one second including a length-and-a-half victory in the Grade 3 Sorrento at Del Mar on Aug. 10. Most recently she was second to Non Compliant in the Grade 2 Oak Leaf presented by Oak Tree at Santa Anita on Oct. 5.
