The ninth installment in the 2024 OwnerView webinar series, State Incentives, will be held on Tues., Nov. 5 at 2.p.m and will focus on incentives for breeding and owning Thoroughbreds in Florida, Louisiana, New York, Maryland and Kentucky. 

Steve Koch, associate vice president of operations at the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders’ and Owners’ Association, will explain the many incentives at Florida tracks available to Florida-breds and Florida Sire Stakes horses. 

The panel includes Kentucky Thoroughbred Association executive director Chauncey Morris, Maryland Horse Breeders Association and Maryland Million Ltd. executive director Cricket Goodall, New York Thoroughbred Breeders, Inc. executive director Najja Thompson, and Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association secretary/treasurer Roger Heitzman. Gary Falter, project manager for OwnerView, will serve as the moderator.

The series is hosted by The Jockey Club and the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association and presented by Bessemer Trust, Stoll Keenon Ogden and The Green Group. The panel was sponsored by Walmac Farm.
