Dream With Me Florida, LLC intends to continue and preserve the property’s legacy as a working Thoroughbred training facility. The farm will not be redeveloped, but will continue to serve the racing industry with its extensive equine amenities, including:

- A 7/8-mile gallop track and 5/8-mile irrigated track
- Eurocizers, covered round pen, and starting gate
- 40 board-fenced paddocks with automatic waterers
- On-site office, equipment barns, and staff housing
“It was truly a pleasure representing Kevin McKathan, who has trained countless world-class Thoroughbreds over several decades.” Showcase Properties of Central Florida Broker/Owner Valerie Dailey said. “We are thrilled that this remarkable farm will continue to operate as a premier training facility, carrying forward its proud legacy and contributing to the strength of our Thoroughbred industry—an industry our family and brokerage are also deeply invested in.”
“We were honored to assist Kevin in this important transition. His vision and hard work shaped this farm into one of the region’s most respected facilities.” Showcase Properties of Central Florida Broker Associate Beckie Cantrell said. “We also want to recognize Stephanie Jones-Nouvellet, a prominent broker from Lexington, Ky., who introduced the buyer and collaborated with us throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction.”
The sale underscores the ongoing demand for world-class equestrian infrastructure in Central Florida and secures the future of a property long regarded as a cornerstone of the racing community. Transactions like this highlight the importance of Marion County’s storied farms as the foundation of the area’s lasting equestrian heritage.
