Liam’s Law, the Florida-bred winner of the Grade 3 With Anticipation at Saratoga on September 5, is listed by the Breeders’ Cup website among the contenders for the $1 million Brown Advisory Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (Grade 1) to be run at one-mile on the grass at Keeneland on October 30.

By Ocala Stud’s freshman sire Colonel Liam and trained by Todd Pletcher for Robert and Lawana Low of Springfield, Missouri, Liam’s Law was a neck winner of the With Anticipation for 2-year-olds, covering a mile-and-a-sixteenth on the turf in 1:42.59 after leading from gate to wire under Ricardo Santana Jr.

Also a length-and-a-quarter winner of a mile-and-one-sixteenth maiden special weight on the inner turf at Saratoga in his second start. Liam’s Law has banked $192,100 from his two wins in three starts.

Liam’s Law was purchased by the Lows for $120,000 through bloodstock agent Jacob West at this year’s Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company March Sale of 2-year-olds in training where he was consigned by Ocala Stud.

Liam’s Law is out of winner Quickasakitten, by Kitten’s Joy and was bred in Florida by Ocala Stud.

Pletcher also trained three-time Grade 1-winner Colonel Liam for Lows.
