A pair of Florida-bred 2-year-olds by Ocala Stud’s stallion Win Win Win produced the fastest quarter-mile times Saturday during the sixth under tack program previewing horses for the prestigious Ocala Breeders’ Sales Spring Sale. They were joined by a Frosted filly in working two furlongs in :20.60 over the SafeTrack artificial surface at the Ocala Training Center.

Hips 864-1035 worked Saturday and Hips 1036-1208 will finish off the seven breeze shows Sunday, starting at 8:00 a.m. EDT.

The four-day OBS Spring Sale will be conducted next week, Tuesday through Friday, with each session beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Hip 881, Victoriously, is a Florida-bred filly by Win Win Win out of the stakes-placed Lemon Drop Kid mare You’re Kidding and was the first to fire the day’s fastest quarter-mile time. Consigned by Hoppel LLC as agent, the filly is from the family of the stakes-winning and multiple stakes-producing mare Owned by All. She was bred in Florida by Wendy L. Christ.

Hip 1025 is a colt by Win Win Win out of the stakes-placed mare Brennan, by Forestry and is from the family of Grade 1-winner Taking Risks. Consigned by Tom McCrocklin as agent, the dark bay or brown colt was bred in Florida by Pedro Gonzalez.

The third horse to work the bullet two furlongs was Hip 926, a gray or roan filly by Frosted out of the stakes-placed Florida-bred mare Anabella Queen, by Wildcat Heir. The filly is from the family of stakes-winner and stakes-producer Queen of Oz and is consigned by Eddie Woods as agent.

There were 11 juveniles who worked an eighth-mile in :9.80 including a Florida-bred colt cataloged as Hip 1006. Consigned by breeder Craig Wheeler as agent, the chestnut is from the first crop by Runhappy Metropolitan Handicap (G1) and Runhappy Carter Handicap (G1)-winner Vekoma out of the Florida-bred mare Blakely’s Smile, by Wildcat Heir. Blakely’s Smile is a half-sister to a long line of accomplished Florida-breds including Grade 1-winner Miss Shop, Grade 2-winner Trappe Shot, stakes-winner Bought in Dixie; stakes-winning, stakes-producer Shop Again; Grade 3-placed Bulling and stakes-producer Ship Here.

One 2-year-old worked a quarter-mile in :20.80 in Hip 936, a dark bay or brown colt by Not This time out of the Florida-bred mare Applauding, by Congrats. Applauding is a half-sister to Starship Warpspeed, the dam of Longines Kentucky Oaks (G1)-winner and stakes-producer Shedaresthedevil and graded stakes-placed Mojovation. The filly is consigned by Tom McCrocklin as agent.
