2010 – Florida-bred Jeranimo produced his first of three victories in the Grade 2 San Gabriel at Santa Anita with jockey Rafael Bejarano aboard. Trained by Michael Pender for B. J. Wright, Jeranimo would also win the San Gabriel in 2013 and 2014 and finished second to Norvsky as the 3-5 favorite in the 2012 San Gabriel.

By Congaree out of the Florida-bred stakes-winning mare Jera, by Jeblar, Jeranimo is one of 10 Florida-breds with at least three starts in a Breeders’ Cup race, having finished sixth in the 2012 Breeders’ Cup Mile (G1) and seventh in both the 2011 TVG Breeders’ Cup Mile (G1) and 2013 GEICO Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint (G1).

He was bred by Brylynn Farm Inc. and retired with 11 wins from 40 starts and earnings of $1,525,364.
