The Tampa Bay HBPA is distributing 2,000 t-shirts to promote awareness that decoupling gaming from live racing brings serious harm to the Thoroughbred industry. Winning trainer Mike Dini, president of the TBDHBPA, sports the look in the winners circle with Florida-bred Hopesndreams, winner of the eighth race on Feb. 14 at Tampa Bay Downs.
