OCALA, FL—Hip 262, Saint George, a Florida-bred son of Journeyman Stud stallion St Patrick’s Day consigned and bred by Brent and Crystal Fernung’s Journeyman Bloodstock Services, Inc., agent, sped three furlongs in :32.20 to post the fastest work at the distance at the Under Tack Show for the Horses of Racing Age section of the Ocala Breeders’ Sales’ Company’s 2024 Winter Mixed Sale. The 3-year-old chestnut colt is out of Crowninshield, by Aldebaran, a half-sister to graded stakes placed stakes winner Quiet Cash.
A pair of horses worked the distance in :32.40.
Hip 259, consigned by Golden Thoroughbreds Training and Sales, is a Florida-bred 3-year-old colt by Dialed In out of OBS graduate Bosworthy, by Uncaptured, a half-sister to stakes winning OBS graduate Let Them Watch, winner of the recent $50,000 Sandpiper at Tampa Bay Downs. The colt was bred in Florida by Francis and Barbara Vanlangendonck.
Hip 263, a 3-year-old Florida-bred gelding by Bucchero also consigned by Golden Thoroughbreds, is out of Devilsfrostreport, by Devil His Due, from the family of stakes winner Prayforthesoldiers. He was bred by Good Beginnings Farm.

Hip No. 269, Paparazzo, a 3-year-old bay colt by American Pharoah consigned by Francis and Barbara Vanlangendonck’s Summerfield, agent, is out of Photographer, by War Front, a daughter of graded stakes-winner Hostess.
The workouts were recorded and can be viewed on the website, in their entirety or by individual hip number. They are also available in the Video Room as well as several kiosks in the breezeway and covered walking ring. Visitors to Ocala

The sale begins on Tuesday at 12 noon with Hips 1 – 122 plus supplements 123-137 cataloged in the Consignor Preferred Session. The Horses of Racing Session, cataloged as Hips 201-265 plus supplements 266-276, begins immediately following the conclusion of the Preferred Session. The Open Session, with Hips 401 – 643 plus supplements 644-663 cataloged, is set for Wednesday and also starts at 12 noon.
