“He’s really fast. He worked [:9.80] and he had a big gallop out for the day.

“I love the perfect cross between the Practical Joke and the Uncle Mo Line. Practical Joke is by Into Mischief and [Mo’s Song] is by Uncle Mo. That whole family is really fast and speedy and can really run. But I don’t think this horse is just speed. I think he’ll be able to go two turns.

“He’s very classy. He loves his job. He’s been good to train on the farm all year and he’s actually a better mover on the dirt track than he is here [at OBS] on the synthetic.

“He came from [the 2023 Keeneland September Sale]. Another client picked him out that obviously picks out really good quality horses that are very well balanced. They’re our type. Big hind end, good hind leg, so I have to give credit to those guys.

“He came straight from the Keeneland Sales to us so we’ve trained him all winter. [Our clients] were going to keep him to race but they decided to bring him over her and showcase him and see what happens.

“He’s got a great personality and he does like his job. He wants to go train every morning. Don’t walk past his stall and think he’s not going to tell you that he wants to train and he’s ready to go.”
