Equineline today released a new version of its Sales Catalog app that includes a chatbot assistant.
Called HipIQ, the chatbot enables users to ask how-to questions and perform specific tasks within the app, such as, “How do I share a short list” or “Show me all colts by stallion X.” HipIQ works via text or voice.
“HipIQ makes the app more user-friendly on multiple levels,” TJC Innovations President Matt Iuliano said. “It’s incredibly helpful for new users just getting accustomed to the Sales Catalog app, and it makes the app even more convenient for those who are familiar with it and know exactly what they want to do – but now HipIQ can do it for them.”
The new app version also has improved annotations with more accurate high frequency pencil tracking, pressure sensitivity for line width, and a higher resolution for better zoom response. In addition, email is now compatible with all mainstream email platforms and apps, ensuring that sales horse information can be shared with almost anyone.
The Equineline Sales Catalog app provides catalogs for all major North American and worldwide Thoroughbred auctions. Major Standardbred auctions in North America and Australia are also available.
The Equineline Sales Catalog app can be downloaded free from the App Store on iPad or at apple.co/425rSIy.
