BY PLEASANT ACRES STALLIONS PRESS OFFICE (Edited)

MORRISTON, FL—Pleasant Acres Stallions has announced the arrival of multiple graded stakes-winner Mr Fisk, a son of four-time Grade 1-winner Arrogate, to its Florida stallion roster for the 2025 breeding season.

“We are so excited to bring this talented, multiple graded-stakes-winning son of famed Arrogate to Florida for our breeders,” director of stallion services Christine Jones said. “With Arrogate completing just three breeding seasons as a stallion, there are only a few select opportunities to breed to one of his sons. Furthering his line at Pleasant Acres Stallions is a win for his legacy, as well as a win for Florida.”

Trained by Bob Baffert, Mr Fisk broke his maiden at Santa Anita in January of 2023 before finishing second in June of that year to Geaux Rocket Ride in the $100,000 Affirmed going a mile-and-a-sixteenth at the same track. Later that year at Del Mar, he won the $125,000 Shared Belief and the Grade 3 Native Diver.

As a 4-year-old, Mr Fisk returned to Santa Anita to capture the Grade 3 Californian and Grade 2 Hollywood Gold Cup—earning a triple digit Beyer Speed Figure. Mr. Fisk finished in the top three in seven of 11 starts while earning $369,700.

Mr Fisk is out of Plein Air (Ire), by Manduro (Ger), a multiple Group 1-winner and champion in Germany, and she is a half-sister to black type-placed Close Your Eyes (Ity). Plein Air is a stakes winner in Italy and in the United States, finishing her career with eight wins with a second and a third in 14 starts and earnings of $163,617.

Mr Fisk’s second dam, Too in Love, by Galileo (Ire), produced seven winners from eight starters including two multiple black-type winners and one black type-placed runner.
