Florida-bred Let Them Watch will take her unblemished record to Keeneland Friday to challenge eight other 2-year-old fillies in the $200,000 Myrtlewood. Trained by Mike Maker for Case Chambers, Let Them Watch has been set at 10-1 on the morning line of the six-furlong Myrtlewood while trainer Brad Cox will saddle 3-1 morning line favorite Youalmosthadme.

Let Them Watch is two-for-two in her brief career including a two-and-three-quarter length victory against fillies in the $90,000 Sharp Susan going six furlongs at Gulfstream Park on Aug. 13. The bay daughter of Into Mischief romped in her career debut against Florida-bred fillies in a five-and-a-half-furlong maiden special weight at Gulfstream on July 7, winning by six-and-a-quarter lengths while leading from start to finish.

Bred by Tracy Pinchin, Let Them Watch is out of the Proud Accolade mare My Rolex and has earned $97,220 for Chambers, who purchased her for $55,000 in April at the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Spring Sale where she was consigned by Randy Miles. That was her second foray into the OBS auction ring as she did not meet her reserve in last year’s October Yearling Sales when consigned by Francis and Barbara Vanlangendonck’s Summerfield.

Let Them Watch will break from post eight with jockey Luis Saez and will have a good chance to eye Youalmosthadme, who departs from just to her inside in post seven.

Youalmosthadme started her career with two victories, first in a four-and-a-half-furlong maiden special weight at Keeneland on April 19 then dominating the $197,000 Kentucky Juvenile, winning by nearly nine lengths against males going five furlongs at Churchill Downs on May 4.

She has two starts since, finishing third as the 4-5 favorite in the $150,000 Debutante won by Myrtlewood rival Hot Beach at Ellis Park on Aug. 13 and was second to V V’s Dream in the Grade 3 Pocahontas going a mile at Churchill Downs on Sept. 16.

Youalmosthadme is by Oxbow out of Good Gator, by Good and Tough and has earned $244,150.

She is owned by Qatar Racing LLC, Swinbank Stables, Steve Adkisson and Black Type Thoroughbreds, who purchased her following her maiden score, and will be ridden by Tyler Gaffalione.

Hot Beach is the 7-2 second choice in the Myrtlewood after finishing third in the Pocahontas for trainer Brian Lynch and owner Boardshorts Stables LLC.

Hot Beach is by Omaha Beach out of Hot Water, by Medaglia d’Oro and has a $133,695 bankroll.

Flavien Prat has the mount and they have drawn post three.

The remainder of the Myrtlewood contenders include Copper Fan with Cristian Torres named to ride, Field Lass and jockey Julien Leparoux, Fibber will have Mitchell Murrill aboard, Xtreme Diva has Florent Geroux in the irons, Xtreme Smoke Show and rider Francisco Arrieta and Wellareyouhappynow has jockey Samuel Bermudez.
