A Florida-bred filly cataloged as Hip 3645 in Book 5 sold for $190,000 to Bat Masterson Thursday during Session 10 of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale.

Out of the unraced Point Given mare Octavia, the dark bay or brown filly was consigned by Paramount Sales as agent and is a half-sister to two other runners, both winners. Bred in Florida by Carolyn Wilson of Odessa, the filly tied with two others as the seventh highest priced yearlings on the day. A Kentucky-bred colt by Vekoma sold for $260,000 to top the Thursday action.

The filly is from the family of multiple stakes-winner Sweet Nanette, who was second in the Grade 2 Stonerside Beaumont at Keeneland in 2001 and is the dam of multiple graded stakes-placed, stakes-winner Sherriff Cogburn.
