This nice filly was bred in Florida by Ross Russell and Solaris Farm in Citra, Florida. She is by Ocala Stud stallion Win Win Win and is the third foal out of the winning Take Charge Indy mare Kiffle, an earner of $154,548 and a half-sister to stakes-placed Mr. Disrespectful. Kiffle has an unnamed 2-year-old colt by Ocala Stud stallion Roadster and an unnamed yearling colt by Gunite, both bred in Florida by Ross Russell.
