The Association hosts key events throughout the year including the members' annual meeting in October, Tampa Bay Downs Day in March/April, Florida Sire Stakes finals in October, social and educational opportunities, and our Awards Gala recognizing important achievements, people, and horses in the Florida racing industry in March. Events vary annually.

The FTBOA Holiday Charity Open House is December 1, 2023. Typically there is a toy drive associated with the event.
