This is a reminder that August 31, 2010 is the deadline for registering your 2010 foals as Florida-Breds without penalty. Applications are due by August 31, even if fee payment is made at a later date.

| Sept. 1 – Nov. 15 (if application was submitted by 8/31/2010) |

| Nov. 16 – Dec. 31 | $150 |
You may go to our website www.ftboa.com and download any forms you might need or call us for forms needed to register your foals or membership forms. As long as the breeder of record is the same, you can list up to five (5) foals on the same form. Sign and date the applica-tion(s), then check your membership status for the correct remittance on the schedule of rates.
In order for the FTBOA to update its database of members, please include your e-mail address when submitting your registration forms. This will allow members the opportunity to receive e-mail news, health alerts and legislative reports from the FTBOA throughout the year.
